Enjoy Mi Cocina’s Tex-Mex cuisine delivered to your location. Our buffet-style delivery includes disposable trays, plates, utensils, and the option for chafing kits or rental chaffers to keep the food warm. Add margarita quarts for a refreshing twist.
Want to turn your office gathering into a happy hour? The Mambo Taxi is available delivered by the quart, gallon, or a full batch served in our frozen margarita machine.
* QT and above do not get a machine but are available to deliver.
$500 food minimum Sundays – Thursdays.
$1000 food minimum on Fridays & Saturdays.

Full Service
Let our dedicated staff handle all the details, from setup to clean up. Whether you need a simple cocktail hour or full dinner, our full-service option provides an elegant and seamless experience with upscale buffet options to compliment any setting.
With our full service set up you can expect: rolltop chafing dishes, porcelain and wood bowls, and all stainless steel serving utensils thoughtfully displayed in your space. Optional staffing and services include rentals, bartending, Mambo station, action stations, and passed appetizers to compliment your happy hour.
