Twenty Years of Family Tables at Mi Cocina

For the last 20 years, Mi Cocina has been part of our family celebrations, but it’s been so much more than that. It was where my wife and I went on dates before kids. Now our kids ask us to take them. It was a place where my late suegra could find something on the menu she enjoyed other than her own cooking. It’s where we go after a bad day and where we go after a great day. We’ve ordered catering and even rented the company truck for events at the office. In honor of my late mother-in-law, we go to her favorite location, Lakeside in Plano, after the pancreatic cancer fundraiser walk every year. The menu is consistent, the atmosphere is comfortable, and we always leave satisfied. Our favorite place.
